When shopping at an H&M store, show your gift card at checkout. You can pay for your purchase with a gift card in whole or in part. The amount you want will be charged to your gift card and any remaining value on the card will be shown on your receipt. The amount used from the gift card will not be refunded in cash.
When shopping at hm.com, select “Add gift card” at checkout and enter the gift card number and PIN in the pop-up window.

Show the gift card at checkout when paying at an H&M store. You can use your H&M gift card to pay the full amount or as a partial payment. The desired amount is deducted from your card and any remaining balance is shown on your receipt. The amount paid with the gift card is not refunded in cash.

You can also check the value in all H&M stores in Finland or at hm.com. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. H&M is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. The card is valid for 5 years from the last use. We reserve the right to make changes. You can find the most current terms and conditions on hm.com.

H&M gift cards can be used in H&M stores and online at hm.com in the country where the gift card was purchased. You can always check the current balance on hm.com or in an H&M store. Receipts also always show the current balance on the H&M gift cards used in the transaction. H&M gift cards cannot be redeemed for money. H&M is not responsible for H&M gift cards that are lost, stolen, deactivated or damaged after activation. The H&M gift card is valid for 5 (fem) years from the date of last activation or purchase. H&M förbehåller sig rätten att tolka, andera eller häva reglerna och villoren utan prässant meddelande.
