To redeem a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card on shop.LEGO.com, you’ll need your card number and PIN code.

At the checkout select Gift Card as the payment method and enter the Gift Card number and PIN code in the appropriate fields.

To redeem a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card over the phone, will ask you for your 19-digit Card number and PIN code.

This eGift Card can be used to partially or fully pay for LEGO® products ordered on LEGO.com or by phone, or purchased in LEGO® Stores in the country where the card was purchased. The e-card cannot be used in LEGOLAND® Parks, LEGOLAND Entertainment Centers or in stores selling LEGO products. The card cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
