1.The “Mechta.kz” Gift Certificate can be used in both retail and online stores of “Mechta.kz” within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The total value of the goods purchased must exceed the face value of the Gift Certificate.

2.When exchanging a Gift Certificate for goods in “Mechta.kz” stores, you must present the certificate number.

Validity for 12 months.

The “Mechta.kz” Gift Certificate can be used in both retail and online stores of “Mechta.kz” within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The total value of the goods purchased must exceed the face value of the Gift Certificate.
The remaining balance of the goods’ cost, beyond the nominal value of the Gift Certificate, must be paid in cash or by card.

The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months.
If the goods are not chosen by the Buyer before the expiration of the Gift Certificate, the amount paid for the Gift Certificate is non-refundable.
Warranty service, exchange, and return of defective goods purchased using the Gift Certificate are carried out in the general procedure established by current legislation. Cash refunds for returned goods, in the part paid with the Gift Certificate, WILL NOT be issued to the Certificate holder.
