To redeem online, enter the Gift Card number and PIN number at the checkout payment step. To redeem instore, present Gift Card to cashier in any PetSmart store at time of purchase. Instore Mobile Redemption Instructions: Recipient – To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the Gift Card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier – Hand key the Gift Card number and associated PIN into the POS.
