How does an AmpolCash eGift Card from Prezzee work?
Select the desired card value and tap Gift for ‘Myself’ or ‘Someone else’.
Optional: Upload a video, GIF or audio file.
Optional: Write a personal greeting.
Choose to deliver the gift card instantly via email or SMS, or schedule a specific delivery day and time.
How to check your AmpolCash eGift Card balance
To check the balance on yourAmpolCash eGift Card, log in to your Prezzee Wallet or open your eGift Card from the gift email we sent you. If the balance is not automatically updated, select ‘Update Balance’ or ‘Check Balance’ and follow the prompts to complete your balance check for your AmpolCash eGift Card.
Can you use AmpolCash eGift Cards online?
No, AmpolCash eGift Card can only be redeemed at participating service stations.

AmpolCash eGift Cards can be redeemed by finding a participating service station. Please visit the Ampol Site locator (https://www.ampol.com.au/service-stations/find-a-service-station). First enter your location and then set the filter to AmpolCash Digital Accepted to find the participating site. Note – AmpolCash Digital cannot be redeemed at Woolworth Metro fuel station
Does an AmpolCash eGift Card expire?**
Yes, a Prezzee AmpolCash eGift Card is valid for three years.

AmpolCash can be redeemed by finding a participating service station. Please visit the Ampol Site locator (https://www.ampol.com.au/service-stations/find-a-service-station). IMPORTANT: First enter your location and then set the filter to AmpolCash Digital Accepted to find the participating site.
How:
Android Users
– Open your AmpolCash eGift card and select “”””Redeem Gift Card”””” this will take you to a pass centre and display the QR Code to scan.
– The AmpolCash eGift card does not require a PIN code, simply press Enter after the staff member has scanned it.
Having Trouble seeing your QR Code?
– If you receive a screen “”””Pass not Loaded”””” either click on Show Preview – which will display the QR code OR click the download button icon to display.
– If the card is not downloaded, download the WalletPasses App to store your AmpolCash eGift card – once the WalletPasses App is downloaded, the QR code will be displayed automatically.
– If your QR code is not scanning, once the card is in your wallet – click on the three dots on the top right corner of your screen and click “”””Pass Details””””. Your Ampolcash number is a 10 digit number and the expiry is featured below.
IOS/Apple Customers
– Open your AmpolCash eGift card and select “”””Redeem Gift Card”””” this will take you to a pass centre and display the QR Code to scan. This can also be added to your Apple wallet by clicking “”””Add””””
– The AmpolCash eGift card does not require a PIN code, simply press Enter after the staff member has scanned it.
Having Trouble Scanning your QR Code?
– If your QR code is not scanning, once the card is in your Apple wallet – click on the three dots on the top right corner of your screen and your Ampolcash number will be presented below as a 10 digit number and expiry date.

AmpolCash Digital can be redeemed at Ampol, EG Ampol and participating Ampol branded service stations that accept AmpolCash Digital. To find a participating service station, go to the Ampol Site locator.(https://www.ampol.com.au/service-stations/find-a-service-station).
IMPORTANT: Set the filter to AmpolCash Digital Accepted.
Enter your location and search. Remaining balance may take up to 24 hours to be updated on your pass. Check your store receipt for current remaining balance. Any remaining balance is forfeited upon expiry.
