La Ticketing Gift Card può essere utilizzata esclusivamente attraverso il sito ufficiale dell’AS Roma o chiamando il Contact Center (attivo solo per l’acquisto di biglietti disabili e ridotti 100% invalidi).
Scopri come utilizzare il tuo credito online in pochi semplici passaggi:
-Scegli la partita
-Seleziona il settore e il posto allo stadio
-Dopo aver inserito le anagrafiche utenti e prima di accedere alla pagina di pagamento, cliccare sul link “”hai un codice promo/carta regalo/voucher?”” e inserisci il tuo codice.
-Il sistema ricalcolerà l’importo da pagare in base al valore della tua carta. Se lo stesso copre l’intero importo del valore nominale dei biglietti, dovrai solo procedere al pagamento dei diritti di servizio.
-Se hai bisogno di ulteriore assistenza, puoi scrivere una mail a helpfidelityroma@asroma.it indicando l’indirizzo email con cui hai acquistato la card e i tuoi dati personali.
Per verificare il saldo della tua Gift Card, vai su www.asroma.com/it/giftcard e inserisci il codice della tua Gift Card.
Le Gift Card hanno una validità di 12 mesi dalla data di emissione.

The Ticketing Gift Card can be used exclusively through the official AS Roma website or by calling the Contact Center (active only for the purchase of disabled and reduced 100% disabled tickets).

-Select the sector and seat in the stadium
-After entering the user details and before accessing the payment page, click on the link “”do you have a promo code/gift card/voucher?”” and enter your code.
-The system will recalculate the amount to pay based on the value of your card. If the same covers the full amount of the face value of the tickets, you will only have to proceed with the payment of the service fee.
-If you need further assistance, you can write an email to helpfidelityroma@asroma.it indicating the email address with which you purchased the card and your personal data.
To check the balance of your Gift Card, go to www.asroma.com/it/giftcard and enter your Gift Card code.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
