En magasin, il vous suffit de présenter votre carte cadeau lors de votre passage en caisse. Si vos achats ont lieu en ligne, au moment du paiement il vous faudra sélectionner la carte cadeau avant d’ajouter les informations demandées.

Cette carte est valable dans les magasins Auchan participants*, Auchan.fr, et Auchan Voyages durant 12 mois à compter de sa date d’activation. Elle est utilisable dans tous les rayons, sauf billetterie, carburant, prestations SAV et achat de cartes cadeaux. Le montant de celle-ci peut être dépensé en une ou plusieurs fois puis complété d’un autre moyen de paiement. Cette carte n’est pas nominative et ne peut donner lieu à un remboursement même partiel, elle ne peut être ni échangée, ni remplacée en cas de perte, de vol ou de dépassement de la date de fin de validité, ni portée au crédit d’une autre carte ou d’un compte bancaire. En cas de vol ou perte, ou pour consulter le solde de votre carte cadeau rendez-vous sur carte-cadeau.auchan.fr.

This card is valid in participating Auchan stores*, Auchan.fr, and Auchan Voyages for 12 months from its activation date. It can be used in all departments, except ticketing, fuel, after-sales services and the purchase of gift cards. The amount of the card can be spent in one or more installments and then topped up with another means of payment. This card is not nominative and cannot give rise to a refund, even partial, it cannot be exchanged or replaced in the event of loss, theft or exceeding the expiry date, nor credited to another card or bank account.
