Redeem Instructions
Valid activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in any Champneys resort and City Spa.
Online: Days/ stays and treatments can also be redeemed at champneys.com. Spa products currently cannot be purchased on the website with a gift card, orders can be made by emailing champneys.online@champneys.com with your full order, gift card number and delivery details
Gift cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference. For balance enquiries please call 0843 3162222.
Validity: 2 Years.
Terms & Conditions
