[Expiration Period Extension Policy]
1. Expiration period extension can be requested up to 1 day before the expiration date for unused vouchers.
2. The expiration period can be extended in 93-day units, but this is limited to a maximum of 5 years from the initial issuance date.
3. You must call the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046) to request an extension. (Weekdays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays)
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
1. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046) to request an extension, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
2. Refund requests for vouchers with an expired expiration date can only be requested within 5 years from the initial issuance date.

2. 유효기간이 만료된 교환권에 대한 환불신청은 최초 발행일로부터 5년 이내까지만 가능합니다.
