In case of loss, theft, or damage, Decathlon Canada cannot replace or reimburse the value of the gift card. This card has cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. This gift card is a method of payment and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Payments can be made on one or more occasions, up to the value of the gift card. If the value of the purchase exceeds the available balance on the gift card, the difference can be made using another form of payment. The balance can be checked at the welcome desk of any Decathlon Canada store or by going to https://giftcard.decathlon.ca/balance. To use the card for online payments, enter the number of the gift card and the PIN code visible underneath the scratch area on the back of the card.
