La Gift Card Despar è emessa da Aspiag Service S.r.l. ed è spendibile esclusivamente presso i punti vendita in Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna e quelli indicati sul sito www.despar.it/gift-card-despar.
La carta è utilizzabile fino alla data di scadenza indicata sul voucher. Al termine del periodo di validità, la gift card diviene automaticamente inutilizzabile, non rimborsabile né sostituibile. Se l’importo della gift card non è sufficiente a coprire l’intero importo dell’acquisto, è possibile integrare con gli altri mezzi di pagamento accettati dal punto vendita. La gift card non dà luogo a resto né è convertibile in denaro, non è ricaricabile e non matura interessi. La gift card non dà diritto ad alcun rimborso totale o parziale, né a sostituzione, in caso di mancato utilizzo, scadenza, furto, smarrimento, uso improprio e/o danneggiamento, e non può essere bloccata. Aspiag Service S.r.l. non sarà responsabile dell’impossibilità di utilizzo della gift card per problemi tecnici e di sistema.
L’acquisto di Gift Card non comporta l’accumulo di punti/bollini nell’ambito dei programmi fedeltà organizzati da Aspiag Service S.r.l..

The card can be used until the expiry date indicated on the voucher. At the end of the validity period, the gift card automatically becomes unusable, non-refundable and non-replaceable. If the amount of the gift card is not sufficient to cover the entire amount of the purchase, it is possible to integrate it with other payment methods accepted by the point of sale. The gift card does not give change or is convertible into cash, it is not rechargeable and does not accrue interest. The gift card does not entitle you to any total or partial refund, or replacement, in the event of non-use, expiration, theft, loss, improper use and/or damage, and cannot be blocked. Aspiag Service S.r.l. will not be responsible for the impossibility of using the gift card due to technical and system problems.
The purchase of Gift Cards does not lead to the accumulation of points/stamps as part of the loyalty programs organized by Aspiag Service S.r.l..
