[Validity Period Extension Policy]

Extension of validity period is available only for unused vouchers up to 1 day before expiration date.
The validity period can be extended in 93-day increments, but only for a maximum of 5 years from the initial issuance date.
You can apply for an extension of the validity period by calling the inumber customer center (1644-5093). (Weekdays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and refund policy]
After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber customer center (1644-5093) to apply, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
Refund requests for expired vouchers can only be made within 5 years from the original issuance date.

유효기간 연장은 미사용 교환권에 한해 유효기간 만료일 1일 전까지 신청 가능합니다.
유효기간은 93일 단위로 연장 가능하지만, 이는 최초 발행일로부터 최대 5년까지만 가능합니다.
