Redeem Instructions
If Gift Card is a URL
1. Click on the Activation URL. Make sure you have installed Grab app and logged in.
2. After clicking “Add to Grab App”, the landing page will detect the type of device user is using. Mobile device – proceed to “Redeem in Grab App”. PC user – scan QR code with mobile phone.
3. User will confirm if this is the correct account before adding to My Rewards.
4. Voucher successfully redeemed! User should go to My Rewards to find the voucher there.
5. If Gift Card is an 8-character promo code.
Download the Grab app from the App Store or Google Play
1. Launch the Grab app and select “Food”.
2. Enter your delivery address.
3. Select your preferred food order and add to basket.
4. Click on view basket.
5. Enter the promotion code in the Promotion box before confirming the order.
6. Redemption completed

- Gift card validity is as mentioned above.
- This Gift Card is valid for redemption only on the Grab app (iOS | Android)
- Each Gift Card (promo code) must be fully utilised when making payment (Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refundable)
- Only 1 promo code is valid per order. Promo code cannot be combined with other promo codes or vouchers or promotions
