1. このカードは、PS4 システム、PS3、PS Vita、または PC の PlayStation Store を使用して引き換えることができます。
2. PSN で Sony Network Entertainment アカウントを開きます (または既存の Sony Entertainment Network アカウントを使用します)。
3. システムのホーム画面で PlayStation Store アイコンを選択します。
4. PlayStation®Store で、メニューの下部にある [コードを引き換える] を選択します。
ギフト カードに有効期限はありません。

1. This card may be redeemed using the PlayStation Store on the PS4 system, PS3, PS Vita or PC.
2. Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
3. Select the PlayStation Store icon on the system’s home screen.
4. On PlayStation®Store, select ‘Redeem Codes’ at the bottom of the menu.
