- Visit TANGS at either Tang Plaza (238864) or VivoCity (098585)
- Before making any merchandise selection, approach TANGS Customer Service counter (Level 4 at Tang Plaza (or) Level 1 at VivoCity) and present your Mooments-TANGS eGift Card
- When your eGift Card code is entered in the system, you will receive an OTP. Please share with the representative
- Once approved, you will be given a Physical TANGS Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits
- Use this Physical TANGS Gift Card against your merchandise purchases at the Cashier point
Terms & Conditions
- This eGift Card is valid for use only at TANGS (Tang Plaza (238864) or VivoCity (098585)) in Singapore
- This eGift Card is not exchangeable for cash
- Multiple redemptions are NOT allowed on this eGift Card. If redemption amount is less than the Mooments-TANGS eGift Card value, then the balance will be forfeited upon redemption
- Once the TANGS eGift Card is used in-store, no refund or return cases will be entertained
- All other Terms and Conditions are subject to TANGS Gift Card. TANGS Gift Cards are not applicable for usage on F&B
