How To Redeem:

Launch the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app
Select “+Reload eWallet”
Select “TNG Reload Pin” found under Other Methods to Reload
Key-in your 10-digit TNG Reload PIN, click “RELOAD NOW” and you’re done!
Please Note: Redemption pin must be of 10 digits. Append zero (0) in front of the PIN if the pin is less than 10 digits(Example: 123456789=0123456789, 12345678=0012345678).

Expiry: 6Months

1. The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN can only be used to reload Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
2. The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN(S) are non-refundable and non-transferrable once issued.
3. The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN cannot be resold, or exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender
4. The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN shall be the responsibility of the Customer to utilize the PIN before the expiry date.
5. TNG Digital Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any expired, lost or stolen Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN, and it shall not
be replaced.
