- Visit any of the U STARS stores in Singapore. Available locations here
- Once you complete your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter
- Present your mobile with eGift Card barcode in Landscape mode to the cashier, if scanning problems persist
- Please DISABLE Dark Mode on your mobile for successful redemption
- Once amount is deducted from the eGiftCard, redemption is completed
Terms & Conditions
Valid for use only at U STARS stores in Singapore
1. This eGift Card has an expiry date; no validity extension requests will be entertained
2. Validity as mentioned on the eGift Card
3. Non-refundable or Non-returnable once purchased
4. Can be used for general, sale or promotional items except for concessionaire products and vouchers
5. The eGift Card is not redeemable on tobacco, alcohol products, and milk formulas.
6. Not exchangeable for U STARS Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Cash / or any other form of compensation that is not considered a product purchase
7. Balance cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit card instalments
8. No minimum purchase is required
9. Valid for one-time redemption only; balance amount will be forfeited if bill value is lesser than the gift card value
