2. Effettua l’accesso su Zalando.it o con l’APP Zalando. Inserisci il codice del tuo buono regalo nella sezione “”””I miei buoni regalo””””. L’importo verrà immediatamente accreditato sul tuo conto cliente. In alternativa puoi inserire il codice del tuo buono regalo direttamente durante l’acquisto nel campo dedicato ai buoni. In caso di utilizzo di una parte dell’importo, la differenza verrà accreditata sul tuo conto cliente.

3. Divertiti a fare shopping!

2. Log in to Zalando.it or with the Zalando APP. Enter your gift voucher code in the “”””My gift vouchers”””” section. The amount will be immediately credited to your customer account. Alternatively you can enter your gift voucher code directly during purchase in the voucher field. If part of the amount is used, the difference will be credited to your customer account.

Il buono regalo non ha scadenza ed importo minimo d’utilizzo. Non è possibile nè ricevere contanti in cambio del buono regalo nè sostituire il buono in caso di perdita o danno.

In caso di storno o di reso dei prodotti, per i quali era stato utilizzato un buono regalo, l’importo pagato sarà rimborsato secondo le modalità previste. Il valore del buono regalo sarà nuovamente accreditato sul conto cliente.

L’importo del buono non è scalabile dopo la conclusione di un ordine. Il buono regalo non può essere cambiato o bloccato.

Il buono regalo può essere utilizzato su Zalando.it o sull’APP Zalando.

The gift voucher has no expiry date and no minimum amount of use. It is neither possible to receive cash in exchange for the gift voucher nor to replace the voucher in the event of loss or damage.

In the event of a cancellation or return of products for which a gift voucher was used, the amount paid will be refunded according to the established methods. The value of the gift voucher will be credited back to the customer account.

The amount of the voucher cannot be deducted after completing an order. The gift voucher cannot be changed or blocked.

The gift voucher can be used on Zalando.it or on the Zalando APP.
